Communities Coming Together for Families
Featuring St. Vincent's Kenya
We learned how St. Vincent's created innovative parenting groups to help parents provide developmentally appropriate support for pre-school age children isolated at home, and how together with One World, they will continue this important support to parents moving forward.
“We don’t usually have funds to introduce new programs... [The Rose Stone grant from One World] was really the first big grant that we got for new programming... allowing us to introduce something new that was needed.”
We recognized the legacies of two incredible women who have had a game-changing impact on One World.
“Shellie worked really hard to have a financial legacy that she could share. She wanted her resources, her energy, her love, to support people in need, wherever that was.”
